Block Type Current Transformers

Block type epoxy cast resin current transformers are available with rated voltage upto 36kV.
Conductors are totally moulded with a cast resin vacuum process, granting both dielectric insulation and strong mechanical resistance. This construction also makes this range suitable for use in polluted, high humidity and tropical climates.

With an advanced production process, the casting under vacuum and under stringent quality control the following performances are achieved:

High dielectric strength even in presence of high temperature
No presence of air bubbles or blowholes
No partial discharge
High fire resistance with use of self-extinguishable resin
